FIRST DAY🎶
Hi guys!
I bring you the Bosch Alvear Palace. It was a private residence planned by Rene Sergent for Ernesto Bosch and Elisa de Alvear.
The inhabit the residence form 1917 to 1929. It has a magnificent staircase (the first one rests under water, in Brazilian coast, due the ship sank before reaching Buenos Aires).
The house was aquired by the US in 1929 and it functions as the ambassador’s house in Buenos Aires.
As I already told you, there is no floorplan. I work with videos or photos and concentrate in building and detailing the exterior.
Feel free to furnish the house and finish the garden. I only furnished the piano nobile and some upstairs rooms.
