Hello! I just wanted to drop by and let you know I've just finished Sparrow and I loved it, so so much! I prefer slow builds and character building fics and yours was amazingly vivid and detailed. My face was like ---> ಥ_ಥ by the end of the story though. And intentional or not, I like how you started and ended at the cafe, like a intro/outro video (kinda...) I have no idea what I'm saying anymore other than thank you for writing this lovely piece of fiction xxx

I am so happy you enjoyed Sparrow until the end; final chapters are always the hardest for me since I go with how the characters feel and never completely know for sure where they will take me to, rough plot outline or not. The mirroring of the intro though was intentional, like a retreat from their life and to show what changed throughout the story. I’m glad you liked that.
Thank you for telling me you love the slow builds and the details and please don’t cry over the end. There will be more stories to come <3

Thank you for the answers! My Christmas was nice, albeit a little hectic, but anything involving big family gatherings usually are! I hope yours was nice too? I started reading Sparrow before Christmas so will go and finish it now! I must say I do love your writing - I find it very relaxing and calming, perhaps it’s the scenery or the words you use to describe the scenes…I look forward to your next work =)
Aww! Thank you so much! I’m happy to hear you had a nice Christmas. You’re right with the hectic; gatherings like this usually are. And yes, thank you! My Christmas has been very nice: Good food, family, lots of relaxing in front of a lovely fireplace, and calming down after the rush of the year.

9. Favorite character to write?
So hard to decide, since I love them all. I’d probably say Eren, though. His strong emotions and his amiable weirdness come easy to me during writing and I love to explore his impulsiveness, his own “logic”, and his “tendency to overwhelm”. ;)
11. If I'm showing off just one of your pieces to someone, which one should it be?
That would be “Sparrow”. It’s the work I’m most proud of and which is also most important to me.
Additionally it contains everything you could want during this cold and grey times: A winter story set in canonverse after the war, many chapters, warm feelings, lots of plot, slow burn, bittersweetness, dialogue that makes you laugh and cry, and everything I love about Eren & Levi. So yes. Sparrow, please. :)

Inspiration will strike for you eventually! It's okay to take breaks or feel fatigued by it, and for anyone that has expectations...I say blah to them! Stephen King did say that there are two kinds of writers, ones that write for others and ones that write for themselves. Sounds like you are the latter!
I definitely am. I think I just don’t enjoy writing a story for the sake of the story, my characters always been pure self-inserts. I’m actually writing a story right now, I just didn’t get to recreate it in sims yet. I’ve been redownloading tons of CC in historical style, because I want my sets to live up to my visuals.

Thank you all! I really appreciate the support. I feel like lately Tumblr became a lot like a job for me, I’ve been trying to keep up with daily posting and the more I was trying the more I failed to do so.
The break gives me a chance to take my time with all the things, download CC and write without worrying about what I post and how it looks. I won’t call it hiatus because I’m working on things and I’m around, just doing it at a bit slower pace.
