This year, we brought the prompts out early for those who find the challenge a bit too... challenging. We love a scare, but it's no good if we frighten you off! Your haunted health is everything - put yourself first, ghosts and ghouls! Happy haunted simming!

Not-So-Simstober is a challenge in the spirit of the Simstober challenge, which is currently on hiatus. We highly encourage you to check out former Simstober years for inspiration and some truly phenomenal creations. "Death's Door"

The Moonfeather dynasty is renowned for its exceptional longevity. It is for this reason, perhaps, that when the passing of a family member does occur, it's regarded as a profound tragedy.

The longer the life shared with someone, the greater the pain of saying farewell.

🎃 Not-so-Simstober 2024 - Day 2 🎃

"Nightmare"

Few dare venture near the old cemetery that looms atop the hill. Its soil, tainted and rotting, is said to be cursed by something far older than the graves it holds. Whispers say that the dead do not rest… and when night falls, nightmarish creatures crawl from the fog, waiting for the cover of darkness to roam free.

A/N - Get it? it's a night-mare! 🐴 I love being literal sometimes, lol. And yes, this is the same spirit that Annika met and vanquished a while ago. But alas, the rumors are true: dead things don't stay dead for long in this place…

🎃 Not-so-Simstober 2024 - Day 5 🎃

"Through the Veil"

Beware the fog that shrouds the old cemetery, for its dense veil never lifts. It coils around the crumbling headstones and crooked trees, silencing every sound and draining the world of color. Like ancient amber, it swallows everything within its grasp, suspending time and space until nothing moves and nothing breathes - only the veil, alive in its eerie stillness.

A/N - We're back to the cemetery! I honestly had to stop myself from taking all my Simstober pics on this lot, because It's just too perfect for its own good.
