Have you ever had those nights when you feel so uncomfortable in your own bed? Like, when you move to switch position, school works, and all the things that SHOULD be done instantly pops out of your head. The time when you really want and need a good and peaceful sleep but you just can't have even just a tiny bit of it, because even when you try to sleep it haunts you and kills you inside. That's sad and terrifying to be honest. It always happen to me when major exams are just few weeks away.
On the other hand, no matter how tall your mountain of works are, just please do everything you could to still be healthy and hydrated. Take enough breaks for every time you study. Once you finished a paragraph or a stanza or whatever small part of what you're doing is, pause and drink your water. Every time you've accomplished a task, take a good rest and feed your interest. Try to be as healthy as you could be because how will you be able to study if you're feeling sick right?
