Commonplacing Atomic Habits by James Clear. Ngl I'm impressed by how easily he laid out the information, and it's just up to you how you're going to incorporate it in your daily life. It's taking me a while to read though, because I want to absorb every word. Also putting some notable quotes in my commonplace so that I'll be sure to remember it!

I'm not new to study blr/ study accounts here on tumblr, in fact, I'm quite much of a lurker before, but now here I am making an account just to document my process :))

☕️ Don't you just love cozy cafes?

First two weeks this second semester is crazy. I'm not joking. Had to do a lot of work for research, psych, and med-surg. There would be times where I felt so exhausted, I'd sleep at around 8:30 without brushing my teeth. Yikes! Hoping this week would be better.

Also, the matcha latte was ok taste wise. The gyudon was great! Hope it had more meat though 😌

Happy Monday everyone! I’ve finally decided to be active here again on Tumblr, it’s about time I go back to my roots lol. Today’s such a sunny day — perfect weather to plan out the next month! got home at 4pm yesterday, slept until 8:30pm so i had really late dinner, and started studying at 9

we have neuroanatomy practicals tomorrow, and i can't study well if i don't study / make my own notes

classes start at 1pm tomorrow so will probably sleep at 4am and wake up at around 7 to do a bit of yoga and study again

not ideal for me to have just 3 hours of sleep but i really wanna do well in this exam since it's the last few months of the 2nd semester

I used to hate matcha because it tasted bitter and weird. I still don't like it on its own but I like it with soy milk and a bit of honey.

my desk seems so organized lately all because I haven’t stayed in there for a long time. I’ve been sick for a week now and I can’t drag myself to work and study for our exam : (

I just wish i feel better tomorrow so I can catch up with my readings for Pedia 🤧
