Trying to find witches capable of holding up his power was difficult. It wasn't an easy process, finding ones that could prove buyable amongst the crowds who came, desperate for a chance to meet Oz, the Great and Terrible. Morrible had been the first, but Oscar knew that one wasn't enough. One Witch by his side, while it had helped him create a stir in the hearts of his citizens, had its limitations. Morrible had her duties at Shiz and amongst the students, pulling her attention away from the Emerald City for large portions of time. Of course, the woman had her job to do--finding potential new witches that they could easily pull into their clutches--, but the Wizard had need for someone who stayed closer to home. So, another search had been set.
The invitations had been sent and the Wonderful Wizard would wait. And wait. And wait. Until he thought it a fool's errand to find another that could at least rival Morrible in ambition. He was almost set to give up for the time being, keep his head primed into just being the mechanical guardian at the door, and wait for the fruits of his labors to come in other means--until the new arrival. This new arrival that now settled before the massive head that rotated in the audience hall.
"I AM OZ."

And my first full body commission in a while, for sinedra of the Outsider and their Dishonored OC, Gwendolyn! This one was really fun to work on... I kinda went overboard, ahaha
