Sera paused, letting the rush of warmth that one word brought flood her body. Wife. Even after fifteen years, just hearing that made her warm, giddy- and turning to look at Sinbad amplified those feelings, especially when he glanced down and their eyes met, amber and honey full of love.

“What is it, darling?”

“...Nothing, love. Just thinking about how much I love you.”

Chuckling, Sin pulled her smaller frame into a tight hug, peppering her face in little kisses. “And I love you just as much, my light.”
