Jack Plot 015: Singer/Musician Jack
Jack is a famous singer. One day in his fan mail he gets a puzzle box and meets wuya. Excited for the chance to DO something NEW having hit a point of insane boredom and repetitiveness in his career he goes after the wu.
When the monks see him all but omi recognize him cause COME ON they sure weren’t living under a rock this whole time. So they all get sidetracked asking for autographs and stuff and Jack just UGHHHH cause he was doing this to get AWAY from that life, damn it!
Omi and Wuya are the only ones staying on task and Jack ends up signing something for kimiko out of habit before getting away with the wu, the other monks don’t even care.
“So what? it’s just a coin.”
“A MAGIC coin!” Omi fumes while the others geek out on the ride to the two ton tunic.
“Never knew he was really THAT pale!”
“I think it’s just stage make-up, no way it’s real.”
“Can you believe our luck meeting JACK SPICER of all people?!”
Eventually the novelty wears off and they start thinking of him as the jerk like they do in canon. Jack’s honestly relieved about it.
When he doesn’t show up it’s because he’s actually got somewhere he has to be for his career, booorrinnnggg, but he needs to get his money somehow right? bots don’t build and buy their own parts.
Jack turns into a fanboy himself when they finally meet Chase, and if he weren't already self-proclaimed evil, he'd feel bad about dissing the monks so much at first because OMG!! How can he be so EMBARRASSING!? But it's CHASE YOUNG! Jack could faint being in his presence.
Chase might secretly be a fan of Jack's music, and rather enjoys the praise, even if he acts like he doesn't.
