I find the coast is one of the more enjoyable places to travel though on Dathomir. The seafood is plentiful, and the air is less humid... or at least it seems so, with the constant sea breeze. This holo was taken from the Rhoa Yenth basin in the Northeast, the territory of the Misty Falls Clan, looking west toward the Singing Mountain. It is the distant peak just left of center.
Most of these bays and islands are populated, though they are all individual homes of recluses and exiles. Only the powerful can live alone on my homeworld, outside of an enclave, so visiting them is... interesting. The welcome of a stray nightbrother varies immensely. I have been offered succor from my 'nightsister slave keepers'. I have also had attempted poisonings, been given riddles over tea, and on one memorable occasion met a rather open minded shape shifter.
Dathomir has more wonders in a single kilometer than most planets have across their entire surface.
