Throwing it back 2 years. This 1959 #Gretsch, on loan at the time from @tomgibson3783, started out life as a #SingleAnniversary in #SmokeGreen. Because of a dodgy fretboard that rendered the #guitar unplayable, Tom was able to acquire it inexpensively and upgrade it through the good people at @folkwaymusic with a new ("vanity"!) fretboard as well as a second pickup, and this fancy pinstriping. Such character in this instrument.
