Sinister Cecil (S cecil) he’s very well spoken and dosent curse at all unless he’s in dire straits due to his wealthy background.
S Cecil takes the most direct approach to anything, monster in the city? Blow it up all of it. There’s many crater across the country but it very well deters other villains from attacking well enough that the world is technically more protected even if most of the country hates it.
S Cecil is a vegetarian and super into being all organic as to show his moral superiority. And he loves to sample different cruelty free made cheeses.
S Cecil suffers from chronic pain after his accident and is much more impaired then the main Cecil. He occasionally uses a cane or the end of his long range rifle blaster. This au the chemical bath only works topically and not internally and he just refuses pills on the grounds of his all natural diet
Sinister Donald (S Donald) he very much dislikes S Cecil when they first met and almost resigned from his position until S Cecil showed his straight forward attitude and approach to problems he decided to stay. After he was revived he was modify to be a walking weapon and he was put into extensive training for his new robo body. Every body knows he’s a robot at the GDA. He hates how his a robot and finds him self natural but likes the new powers and efficiency he now has a robot. He holds a grudge against SCecil but still works for him since S Cecil has a kill switch on him and on multiple occasions S Cecil has threatened to shut him off if he dosent comply with his orders. S Donald has carried S Cecil out of bed many of times due to his chronic pain and leverage his support over SCecil for his own gains since S Cecil is partially dependent on him for mobility or daily tasks. This all leads into a toxic codependant relationship
S Donald will put real meat into S Cecil’s food.
S Donald has on many occasions known for spreading rumors for fun at the GDA. S Cecil finds this childish and unprofessional.
SCecil has a robot suit (very similar to how Rudy’s robot suit functions) he’ll wear if he needs to go outside near any superhero’s
S Donald will on many occasions dangle a Cecil over railing when S Cecil is being unreasonable or a bitch
S Cecil very much enjoys watching boxing, he’ll take prisoners and put them against each other for his entertainment. Even better if some land right into critical condition.
