Head cannons - early life
He definitely rides a motorcycle of sorts but had to retire it after he became director.
He owns a seat at a local dinner and that is his seat and only his seat. He strolls in at 4 am and eats the exact same coffee and eggs every time.
He’s allergic to cats but he’ll pet any animal he finds. He always pets a cat and dosent care if his hand gets all swollen
He definitely has tried to own some sort of pet before but had to give it up since he isn’t at home for weeks and isn’t there to take care of it.
He can’t play any instrument like at all except a harmonica bc well prison dose that to you. No musical rhythm at all besides that.
He is very good at DDR somehow bc the game tells him what to do and it gets him moving.
He definitely shops at Walmart all the time. And continues to shop there even after becoming the director.
He is a southern baby from Kansas and everyone called him Dorthy when he first joined the GDA force.
Probably had a mostly normal family and home life but it’s his sense of justice and wanting to make a real impact on the world that led him to join the GDA. Both of his parents of very much alive and well but he just dosent talk to them and his parents know that his job is important and can’t talk to them. They occasionally send each other letters, but on a side note he’s probably more closer to father than mother.
he definitely got some sort of physical punishments when he was a kid and says that it was his character development. Older Cecil will definitely say the opposite now.
He has 2 older siblings but there all older then him by a 7 year age gap and never connected with them.
He definitely used a fake accent when he was younger to sound more “city like” but then just stoped caring once he became the director
Dating head cannons
He will try to get you flowers but they always come damaged some how.
You don’t see him often as he’s always out on field missions now but he always comes back to you first.
After becoming the new director he promotes you to have a high access key so you can always reach him.
He isn’t the jealous type but after you finish talking to someone else he plans a kiss on your head or a hand around your shoulder.
He isn’t the high romantic type and dosent see the point of many couple things but he’ll try to mimic what others do in a relationship
He’s the guy to hold your hand while he trails behind letting you take the lead when walking, he also just likes the view from behind better.
He likes physical contact the most and has to restrain him self to not drape him self over you.
Very much is into nick names and joking around. He becomes a lot more light hearted with you.
He isn’t high romantic type but he gose through your search history and your past habits to try and find out what you like / what you want so he can get you a good gift.

He’s all you can feel, you see him down the street and at your favourite place. You’ll never be able to leave him and he won’t leave you alone, after all flesh tastes sweeter with a dash of fear.
Side note I don’t like any of the variants at all but I find I like the sinister design cool along with ominvincible red suit
If " assistance AU" cecil is the most expensive fish. That means the Canon cecil is the most expensive mudskiper. They breath and do other processing things through there skin. No I will not elaborate futher. I haven't slept in 22 hours. Goodnight
More Cecil for y’all since I know you freaks want it
You work at the GDA as tech/scientist and you report to Cecil (scenarios + he’s kinds of mean but realistic)
He lives in the GDA at this point since he doesn’t sleep
He will cut the line infornt of you for food since he in a rush and doesn’t care or pays much attention to you, you try to confront him in line but he just gives you a blank look as he picks up his food and teleports away.
He walks up to you while your working on a write up/ lab and will name drop your parents/guardians names and ask how they are doing, you have never mentioned to him at all about your family. They comes off more threatening then caring.
You’re giving your recent reports to him about a lab test your very happy about the outcome of the test and wanting to show Cecil your progress, you go into a full excited 30 minutes explanation about the lab. he just gives you stone face look and say “in English next time” and takes the bullet point notes and walks away. He doesn’t have time for your special interest he wants results.
Cecil is in a mode he enters your lab and tosses down your failed and busted up new teleport gun. You pick up your mangled peice of work and inspect the damage. “Your lucky that invincible was there to pick up the survivors, this hunk of junk practically disintegrating after a couple of shots, people could have died because of your error.” He was standing tall over you and you wanted to shrivel up and vanish right there. He logs on to your computer and shows you the footage from the survivors screaming for help and your invention fails to activate. You see there scared face, children crying and clinging on to their mothers and fathers. Then invincible swoops and picks them up. “I’m sorry sir I” he cuts you off. “It already been done, count your blessings that nobody died today. Fuck up like this again and I’ll make sure nobody will fun your projects”
You’re scrambling to finish up a report for a board meeting. You rush in late with your things and apologize to the board and Cecil. This was the second time of you being late to a meeting. You give your presentation through crumpled notes and sweaty hands. The board seems happy by the results and you get a small round of applause. By the end and after the meeting dismissing Donald takes you over to the side. He hands you a pink slip of your contract termination with the GDA. Donald helps you get your things and helps you land another job, you haven’t seen Cecil since that meeting with his ice eyes sentencing your career to death right there on the spot.
Invincible oc!!! I rewrote some of there backstory but I’ll post that another time. So he’s some just bullet points

There Cecil’s way back ex from there 20s and they don’t get back together after meeting back up later. Cecil is with Donald in this version.
There main ability is to control the air particles around them to make high pitch frequencies, or to create temporary vacuums that either pull or push things away. It’s a very minor ability and only works in a small 30 foot radius around them. they have not fought Mark with this as there a bit stupid and was on a drug bender as season 3 and 4 was happening.
Never forgave Cecil for killing those terrorists after their rehabilitation and going to jail being the main reason they broke up in the first place. 
There 50% robot with both of there legs being replaced along with there eye.
They are trans but always denies ever being a woman before bc of there new robot body they have fully transitioned fully passing and nobody can notice, but always has a suspicious that other people know some how.
