Spring Skirmish: Karen vs Dawn

“YOU!”

Karen sent Dawn a vengeful leer, arms crossed as they both waited for the announcement  for their match to begin. The crowd once again was hype for another intense battle, but Karen seemed to have some beef with Dawn. 

“I’ll crush you just like you crushed the Grand Festival hopes of dreams of Mika!”

willow and BEANIE ( that is how she sometimes calls dawn because of her hat ) have known each other since they’ve started their adventure in sinnoh. dawn is also one of the few people aware of willow having battled the league, although she achieved so after dawn. the two battle sometimes, and as of now, it mostly ended in draws or losses from willow’s part. but willow never gives up, and often asks for a rematch. she has a pretty high opinion of her, and is thankful she saved her father’s pokémon.

“So I must defeat you to claim Curtis’s hand in marriage! So be it, I shall be the knight that slays the ice queen for my precious prince!”

Yes, she was serious and the crowd was raving at the spectacle she was making! The gossip columnists would have a field day and a few Curtis fans were actually booing poor Mika here. Looks like they prefer Song of Dawn (their couple name).

Spring Skirmish: Dawn vs Kenta!

“So my opponent is not only a Contest circuit star but the Champion of the Sinnoh region as well? If my team manages to win this round, we should have it easy afterward. Since you’re likely the strongest trainer we would come across it battle. May we have a good match!”

Kenta adjusted his glasses before nodding in Dawn’s direction curtly. The crowd meanwhile was raving over the queen of Sinnoh making another appearance again to battle.

“We’re past the halfway mark with the Brendan Brawl and we’ve already had some heart racing match ups! Here are just a few of many quality battles we’ve had to pleasure of watching so far and hopefully we can see even more exciting matches before this brawl is over!”

[Dawn vs Nancy] Brendan Commentary: “Regina and Polish proved it’s possible to be cute and strong at the same time, just like their trainers!”

They asked him not to smoke so he had a lollipop in his mouth yet sadly that didn’t stop him from talking.  The face he held up a pokeball ready to battle but the smirk on his face showed he already won in the battle of making her fans upset over him breathing the same air as their idol battle and contest goddess, AGAIN.
