Cassa's violence and red eyes come from a different 'demon', She Who Knows (from tw3). Her magic and visions are influenced by she who knows, but she is not the source of them, she was just drawn to Cassa bc of its power. She's like a very annoying and screaming parasite. SWK haunts cassa since her birth in an attempt to gain control over her (to what ends? Idk 🚶♂️) which bleeds into her dreams obvs, which bled into sìomon's own dreams in the aen elle world as he's an aen saevherne (who has a habit of haunting people's dreams on his own). SWK bothers the both of them but while cassa has learned to just deal with these man made horrors sìomon would like some peace and quiet please, so he tries to make cassa's dreams a little nicer. For his own gain obvs he doesn't care about her🤚🙄 the demon shape is bc he doesn't like to be perceived
Cassa's violent streak starts when SWK finally manages to slip between the cracks in her mind after cassa's attacked by the crones' villagers around 1268, and she starts attacking the villages with her golems for the next 2 years. In 1272 when geralt deals with the spirit in the tree, cassa enters a catatonic state for a time and she's cut off from her own magic.
