The thing I just don’t get is like if he’s not gonna put the effort into even trying to talk to you why did he even want to date in the first place? It’s kinda fucked up to want a relationship with no work involved.

I think that he THINKS what he does is enough when all of what he does is just basic friend stuff. I’ve mentioned about communication a lot and he keeps saying he’ll try to be better next time. He thought making random conversation while I’m upset would cheer me up even. I’ve been friends with him for years, he has cheered me up a lot before we started dating. idk why its suddenly we’re starting at square 1 it doesnt make sense at all. man I could go on but i probably shouldnt
