Another set of puzzles... these worlds all seemed to blend together now, but she was getting rusty on her solving skills. The woman started solving one of the many puzzles laid out on the path to what she assumed would be snowdin, her skin now relatively resistant to the constant cold.
“HMMM...” Papyrus rubbed his chin at the mysteriously finished puzzle. He was running his scheduled tally on his puzzle and found not only all his puzzles perfectly caliabrated (not to his surprise, he’d never let his puzzles just waste away), but each puzzle he had passed thus far had been completed (to his surprise). He hoped it wasn’t some monster child. It happened sometimes, a curious monster child happily jumping to make Xs into Os. Not that he could blame them, his puzzles were very great, safe, and perfect for children! In fact, it did his soul good seeing little monsters learning about puzzles already. However, these puzzles were for capturing humans, not monsters! They were not mere playthings, but perfectible calculated human thwarting mechanisms. However, though he would sternly lecture them, it still happened sometimes. He muttered in slight annoyance.
As he made his way to his next puzzle, he froze. He blinked, staring dumbly for a moment. He needed a moment to process this. Could it be....? But...it was so soon! And he hadn’t even prepared himself to make his very great speech! His mind told him he needed to pull himself together or he was going to look like an idiot in front of the human instead of the cunning skeleton destined to capture them and save the whole Underground. But all he could was splutter out
“H-HUMAN!? B...BUT HOW DID YOU GET PAST MY IMPENETRABLE TRAPS!?” He had to admit to being slightly disappointed; he had very great hints prepared and....wait a minute
“D...DID YOU DO ALL THOSE PUZZLES WITHOUT ANY OF MY GREAT HELPFUL HINTS?” He was....impressed?
