Sirenne is the daughter/only child of Shirahoshi, and a smelt-whiting mermaid as her own mother. She is also a youngest cousin of Proteus (son of Fukaboshi), Rhea (daughter of Ryuboshi), and Marishta (daughter of Manboshi). Although the name of her father is unknown, but it is because his death brings the lament in heart of Shirahoshi no one dared to speak his name. Her father was as giant as Shirahoshi but slightly shorter, he was a Beluga whale merman who was former slave of Celestial Dragon freed by Luffy the Pirate King. But during the royal family’s picnic by the surface the slave trading pirates attacked, causing most to leave in hurry, but Sirenne’s father was killed from the crash with the ship while attempt to retrieve the gift he got from Shirahoshi. Since then, Shirahoshi NEVER left her daughter’s side and freaks out/cries when Sirenne is gone for more than a minute. One day, now as young woman, Sirenne saw the pirate ship belonged to Crooks Pirates (which renamed as Fallen Dragons Pirates), which was shipwrecked from the nasty rainstorm. She saved Chanel (son of Charloss) from drowning, falls in love with him.
Sirenne is a splitting image of her own mother; inside and outside. She is easily frightened, and quickly breaks out into crying either when she’s scared, sad, or happy. Despite those, she is greatly comforting to her emotional mother, prone to soothe when her mother burst in tears. When she encountered Chanel, son of Charloss, she was enamored with him due to his charismatic mannerisms and kind persona with bravery. However, she is a very shy individual and easily gets clumsy around him, which Chanel finds adorable.
