A powerful magic item that is also cursed to bring its user to madness. While wearing/wielding the item, the player must listen to Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’ on repeat - if they ever sing along (consciously or not), all creatures within hearing range must make a wisdom saving throw to avoid lashing out at the PC, and all who hear are immune to being charmed for 10 minutes.
Bonus points if the item also grants poison immunity, or some other poison-releted perk.
Sword of Ghostly Flames, which transform into real flames when placed in fire. Deals no additional fire damage. Much safer than a real flaming sword!
