Knowing that Pizza 🍕 is being delivered in the great mountains brings me much solace - that whenever and wherever, truly, He delivers. Amen. #SiSagada 🍃

Trip To Tadhana: One In Nature
Bomod-ok Falls
Another walkathon activity did happen on our second day. It wasn’t that as tiring as the first but it did leave marks (especially on our feet). One best tip I could give you: SUNSCREENS!!!
Expect lots of walking if you’re in Sagada. Most of the activities offered in this place have lots of walking to do. Our trip to Bomod-ok falls took about 4-5 hours of walking. There are two ways how to get in the said falls (one is a shortcut but steep path and the other requires longer hours of walking but much easier than the latter) we chose the easier one since our first day activity made are legs madly sore (haha!)
And If I fall for you I’ll never recover (coz this falls will freeze every fiber of my being. Ice bucket challenge version 5.0).
Sea Of Clouds: Kiltepan Viewpoint Peak
“And I guess, you and this view have one thing in common, so near yet so far” -Me to that future partner in crime of mine (whoever he is..haha!)
This was my favorite part of the trip: no more “ubos-baga/hingal adventure” Hihi! And yes, we were lucky enough to witness the sea of clouds (before it became sea f fog five minutes later..haha! )
Last day: We’ll see you again!
Some other activities we’ve tried during our trip: EAT (lemon cake and coffee were a good combo and strawberry ice cream was great too!), visited the dream weavers (unfortunately taking photos wasn’t allowed), did visited a church in town and did some pottery sesh with the locals (btw, they speak English fluently. Hats off!!! ) And before heading to Baguio, we stopped at the highest point in Benguet :)
SAGADaaaah sa Adventures!
And the last thing I knew was I spent days recovering from separation anxiety (I will definitely go back again. ^__^ )
Trip To Tadhana Part2
Guess this trip was one of the best I’ve had for this year not just because of the view the place offers but also with the things I’ve experienced firsthand on the entire trip.
Spelunking at Lumiang-Sumaguing Cave
And I won’t deny that this trip was one of the biggest desensitization I’ve ever encountered for my 23 years of existence (haha!) It was the longest 5 hours of my entire life dwelling on the unknown (sorry if you may found it a bit exaggerated. I do have fear of heights and dark places) and lucky me to have those fears conquered in our 5 hour walk-crawl adventure from Sumaguing to Lumiang Cave.
Friends who travel together, gets sick leaves all together. (Lols! The entire trail was made possible due to never ending encouragements and cheers that we’ll all finish this hellish-beast mode-walk >_<
To see wonders, one must know how to dwell in the unknown. It was really a nice-thrilling-so good to be true experience. The adventure and the marvelous creations we’ve seen right before our eyes indeed made our exhaustion from walking/crawling/swimming on cold waters all worth it.
One thing I learned from this trip: TAKE THINGS SLOW. You really can’t afford falling! Hahaha!
And here’s me (with my almost jell-o knees due to the cold temperature inside the cave combined with the fear of slipping and breaking every fiber of my being..lols!)
What I’ve brought with me: For this activity, I’ve wear comfy clothes since spelunking requires climbing over rocks and dipping on some cold waters inside the caves. For footwear, I’ve had with me Sandugo sandals (tho in some areas inside the cave, you’ll be required to take them off and walk with your bare feet) If you have gadgets (phones, camera, etc.) you should secure it on a sealed transparent waterproof container to avoid unnecessary “tehchy” malfunctions.
Trip To Tadhana: Sagada Mountain Province
Not so long ago, June 12, 2015 to be exact, we headed our Independence staycation in one of the most visited place in Northern Luzon. If you are a fan of the recently hit movie-That Thing Called Tadhana, then you probably know this place.
SAGADA!!!
It was a 3 days staycation and we’ve done some of the most unforgettable adventures I never imagined myself doing. Haha!
For this trip to be possible, we’ve decided to contact an agency that offers package tour in the said place. If your going in groups, this will help you budget your expenses as well as plan your activities since they’ll be the one who’ll arrange your itinerary (which of course will be based on your chosen activities)
Day 1: The Long Drive.
Hello from us! And now’s the time to cool down after all the aches of working. Hihi! All thanks to my batchmates/friends who invited me to this trip. Hugs guys!!!
Meeting the Natives.
Getting ready for some Wacky-wacky!
Art in Nature. Before I was just seeing this image in books and postcards and seeing it personally gives me feels! Thank you for a well crafted nature.
Breakfast is served. Nothing beats a good morning Pinoy breakfast :)
First day is still not over and lots of tawa-iyak adventures are coming! Keep posted :)
Finally captured the most awaited sunrise at Kiltepan, Sagada! 🌞 the scenery is truly breath taking. 😍 will definitely go back again here, SOON! 😊 Appreciate #Pilipinas! #SinoPinas #SiSagada 🌅
