Sisig Express
Sisig Express is one of the quaint little eateries that can be found on one of the many food-filled streets surrounding UST, and it's kinda popular, too. The sisig is very simple; your typical pork or chicken sisig served on a sizzling platter. Pretty basic stuff. But it's very satisfying. The sisig's tasty enough to make it a regular lunch time option for Thomasians like us. And the bottomless iced tea is definitely a bonus. :P - Enzo
