Today is Sisters Day and Friendship Day! Let’s honor the sisters who are like friends and the friends who are like sisters the same way we always do: by killing them.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Sisters Day without our favorite little sister crashing the party with her stupid ninja run. Don’t let her see you. Or, if you’re crazy enough to try to kill her, be careful.
Happy National Sisters Day! Whether it’s shared between siblings or friends, today we’re celebrating the special bond of sisterhood.

There are certain anniversaries that Cullen tries not to acknowledge. He knows that pushing those emotions down is dangerous but he has responsibilities and can't spend a day feeling sorry for himself.
Until she comes into his life. She encourages him to acknowledge his trauma. Whether he wants her there or not. If he wants to talk about it or not. Those days are hard but they serve a purpose.
Those days, for better or worse, made him who he is now. They're in the past, but not gone. Never gone. He can't pretend they are. The day is hard, but after facing those emotions the next day is easier. Far easier than on the years he ignores them.
He was alone before. He isn't alone anymore and he doesn't have to face those days alone. The burden is easier when it's shared.
