moving day! || ca closed/hsien-ko
Finally, the day Waka had awaited was here. It was hard to hide his excitement, so he just decided to let it show. A huge grin was plastered onto his face as he waited outside of the tube that led out of the district Hsien-Ko previously lived in. They needed to move a few things into the apartment, but luckily, since the scientists hadn't bothered to give them too much, it would be a fairly easy task.
He could already imagine his cute, domestic life with the jiangshi. He could wake her up in the mornings if she slept in. He could make her breakfast or dinner, anything she wanted really. They could sit together on the couch and watch that strange box with the moving, talking pictures. Maybe she actually knew what it was.
But there was no reason for him to think these things! After all, she was merely...an acquaintance, an ally, and he was merely doing her a favor by letting her move into her apartment. Apparently, even in his mind he could not his his obvious attraction to her. But he would have to for now, as she finally came back with her things. At least that was one thing he could hide--his excitement, not so much.
"Ah cherie! Are you ready now? Is there anything I can carry for you? We are not too far from my home, luckily!"
