Character A is trying to be B's secret admirer but they get caught/found out immediately.
Alternative: A is able to stay hidden but has to confess because not knowing who left them a letter/gift/etc. makes B anxious instead of it being a fun surprise.

The flour is perpetual. The flour is forever building. The flour is... unfortunately bleached. So it's not really ideal for this epicurean's tastes.
Also, it might be slowly being swallowed up by the flour.
