The Hierarchy of the Sith Lords is complete ✨
Depicting the system under the reign of Marka Ragnos, along with their ceremonial robes. A few ranks have been added, yet base remains unchanged.
1) Dark Lord (Jen’ari) [Marka Ragnos]
- The Emperor, the absolute ruler of the entire Empire.
Characteristics:
- Symbol of the Dark Lord of the Sith.
2) Sith Council [Dor Gal-Ram]
- Selected from the most powerful Sith Lords of the Empire by the Emperor, later by the Council members themselves - positions inheritance was rare.
- 10 members, each governing several planetary sectors.
- Title held for life.
- Based in the Great Citadel on Ziost or the Imperial Palace on Korriban.
Characteristics:
- Family symbol typically placed on the forehead
Court Representative
- A member of the Sith Council.
- Authorized to temporarily assume the administrative duties of the Dark Lord after his death or other absences until a new successor is appointed.
- However, cannot wield actual ruling power.
3) Sith Lords
a) Lord Governor (Dzworûk’ari)
- Oversees a planetary sector.
- Granted the right to maintain a significant personal fleet and army.
b) Lord Protector (Taral’ari) [Lady Rutur, my oc]
- Oversees a planetary system.
- Granted the right to maintain a significant personal fleet and army.
c) Lord Administrator (Kardân’ari)
- Oversees a single planet.
- Granted a fleet and army, which is often integrated into the forces of the corresponding Protector.
d) Lord Steward (Tût’ari)
- Oversees a region or district on a single planet.
- Often serves as army generals or personal soldiers of the Administrators.
e) Lord without Holdings
- Does not exist as an official title but was a widespread phenomenon.
- A fallen or socially unsuccessful lord, usually residing in a small estate with minimal staff or protection.
4) Titles Outside the Lords hierarchic system [Lady Fen'harel, belongs to @the-invincible-nox]
- These titles overlap with all ranks and elevate status. For example, a Lord Steward with a significant title may outrank an Administrator or Protector.
- Granted for notable achievements of various kinds.
- Examples: Bearer of Knowledge, Shadow of the Empire, Master of Libraries, Master of the Academy, Master of the Blade, Master of Alchemy, etc.
5) Apprentice [Inoden Lavria, my oc]
- Usually trained under a family master and later chosen by a Sith Lord.
- Training under a master is often accompanied by attendance at the academy for general knowledge.
- Privileges depend on the master's status.
