excuse my language, but this is complete bullshit. they had a choice to leave, and did so. don’t find it suspicious that actresses that have been with the show since early 2019 are now finding new opportunities elsewhere. don’t find it suspicious that actresses do indeed want to leave six.
people hype up six too much, it is still a growing, developing show. it’s getting bigger by the day, but it still isn’t the biggest thing thats hit broadway. bre, and brennyn may be fairly new to the contract, they may have basically just started, but in all fairness, they’ve been part of the show the same amount of time as joy. were we really not expecting this? sure, our hopes will have been on them staying, but our brains suspected.
if they had signed the new contract, they would be part of an entire new cast, they’d have to redo rehearsals, they’d have to adapt to a new cast and most importantly, be stuck with the show for another year or so. they’ve also had fairly unsettled starts, keri has auditioned so many times, and has been in and out as a temporary replacement, bre didn’t even get to perform the full show until a few weeks later, and brennyn has been out due to an injury. remember, they have been with the show the same amount of time as cruise queens, as joy, as lauren byrne and jodie steele, as jaina, but have been out a significant amount more than usual, which may make it seem like a shorter time than it has been.
if their contracts were terminated, so would ayla and holli’’s. they are in the same situation, but bre and brennyn chose to leave :)
