"Place du Casino" in Monaco. Must-see place for car lovers
Week 6. We are still collaborating with the team and preparing for the major task ahead of us. In preparation for this week's task, we must prepare the Customer and Market Validation. It's not easy as a first step because this is the time we need to determine our target market, who will be covered, and how large the market will be.
After deciding on the type of customer segment that we would be using, which was the Niche Market because it was mentioned during the lecture that the Niche Market focuses on both sellers and buyers, we proceeded to create Customer Validation and Market Validation. Ukay App is in dealing with both the Seller and the Buyer. Our platform is an online platform that is only open to Ukay vendors and their customers. One of our objectives, similar to those of shopee and Lazada, is to act as a relationship between online sellers and their customers. We believe that the Ukay App will be beneficial to those Ukay vendors in the near future.
In the process of developing Customer and Market Validation, we discovered how we validate our customers' responses to surveys. First and foremost, we must identify our early adopters, those individuals who are willing to test our product before it is made available to the users. It also serves as a means of getting ready for the upcoming launch.
As part of our market size, we worked on our TAM SAM SOM.
Our realizations have been multiple, but we are still working with the team to improve our concept and see it through to completion.

Week 6 - Taekwondo
October 28th 2017
Okay so I don’t know what happened but all my post last Thursday (the diary update + the homework) is gone! I remember to post it but I can’t find it anywhere (sigh). So I’ll just make a new one here :(
Firstly, sorry for being so late. It was supposed to be posted last Thursday but like I said, it’s not there. Anyways, let’s get back to the diary post for our 6th week of K-Pop academy!
So yeah, exactly as written on the title, it’s about Taekwondo (yay!). With master Jongho Kim who have been doing Taekwondo for more than 20 years, yet he said he’s still not categorised as senior ones (I wonder how long does it take to be considered one). With his assistant that helped me a lot as well as I’m struggling to remember the movement though I’ve done martial arts for 2 years during primary school.
It was so fun and I even forgot to take my own pictures and had to asked Yasmin to send me our pictures that she posted on Instagram (thank you you’re my saviour!). I’m an introvert yet I have to shout while doing sparing with people. I have to put my courage to be able to do that (and I’m glad that I did). Because it’s not just about the movement, but also your brain and heart have to work together to do Taekwondo, something that I really admire from it.
So yeah, that’s all for this week’s diary entry! Please look forward to my next week diary!

WEEK 6 - Akagera National Park
I was invited by one of ASYV's fellow graduates to go to Akagera National Park in the northern part of Rwanda. I went with a group of six people including my CMU co-worker. We were picked up at 5am by a local driver who came in an old Land Rover Jeep. The roof of the jeep can be flipped to have a 360-degree view of the park while we stay in the car; it is also for safety precaution.
The current area of the park is 1,122 sq. km and it took us around 5 to 6 hours to go throughout it. This is the closest experience I've ever had to a real Safari. One can spend all the trip starring at the hills, lakes (10 lakes based on the guide information) and animals. It is a habitat of: zebras, elephants, lions, warthogs, rhinos, birds, giraffes, etc. We were lucky to watch some of them since it is hard due to the extension of the park.
In short, the experience at the park was amazing. The only flaw was the Tse Tse flies that came inside the jeep in most of the trip. They seem like normal flies, but they bite and can transmit virus to a human. I hope not to get anything from the small bites I got!
TechnopreneurshipJourney
This is the sixth week of my technopreneurship journey. For this week, there was no class because of the celebration of science and technology week but there was a seminar for technopreneurship. In the said seminar, the speaker talked about what is technopreneurship and introduced it and in the afternoon there was a forum.
For this week, we relaxed a bit because last week we were so busy. We were just thinking if we should change our startup. We compare our product presyoni to our plan b product which is the catchme. Me and my team wants to change our product. So we decided to have a meeting whether if we should change it or not. Our team looked for the circumstances that we may encounter if ever we will change it and we decided to change it. We planned to open it up to our instructor.
Actually, we didn’t do much for this week.
100 napos kihívás
