They fit well except I wish there was a couple extra inches on the back for the junk in my trunk so the waistband was at the same level in both the front and back.

Small ‘Non-scale’ Victory
As the scale hasn’t really moved for a while, that could get me down. But, I have noticed some changes in my body, that do in fact prove that I am still moving in the right direction.
1. I can now fit into small size clothes (both in UK and USA size dimensions), and I can consistently fit into UK size 10 tops, and even certain size 10 trousers 👖
2. My endurance while running is better than ever. I reach a point in my runs were I can feel that wall, where my strength couldn’t break through before, and now I can bust right through it. Without even noticing (mostly because I am paying too much attention to Sam Yao’s voice in my headphones lol) I end up running past ‘checkpoints’ without needing to slow my tempo. Awesome 😎
3. In kickboxing, my instructor, and other black belts in the class, have been commenting on how my training outside of class has been improving my sparring abilities. I actually surprised my black belt friend during a grappling match, and I through him over my head, and managed to get back on my feet. I felt so much like Buffy in that moment ☺️
4. I measured my chest again, so that I could order a workout top online. I have noticed that my bras are once again getting a little roomy in the cups, so I recognised that I have lost a bit more weight there. And I have 🙄 -1 inch! While I’m not to pleased about losing inches in my chest instead of my belly, it’s still moving in the right direction for my goals.
Just because the scale might not be moving fast enough for you, it doesn’t mean that you are not improving. Celebrate the small victories when they happen. They all lead to the new person you are becoming.
