Happy birthday Samurai Jack season 5!

This show transformed the way I view art and storytelling and I’m still so thankful it was able to get a conclusion. I’m more thankful for the fact that I got to be part of the fandom at its peak. In addition to it being a fun time, it also gave my art a boost that I don’t think a year of work would have equaled. I loved the show and I loved being involved in the fandom.

This was originally my piece for the fanzine last year, but sai crashed and left me with nothing but the sketch of the eyes. I was so burned out already that I just dropped out but I decided to go back and finish it for today. I think I’m happier with it now than I would’ve been last year
