At this point it's only fair towards druck tumblr fans and any affiliated to druck to make a distinction between tumblr and most other social media platform when it concerns Ava. Druck tumblr fans are overwhelmingly more considered, thoughtful and eager to understand more about Ava's lived experience. This is in stark contrast to the more popular comments elsewhere. Druck tumblr has it's downside, but it is simply winning when it comes to Ava (and even Kieu My).

Yeah except I’m not even watching the show but I’m seeing mutuals who are getting some truly transparent asks when it comes to Ava so that I’m aware of what is actually happening and this has been consistent since the middle of s5 - watching anons send some questionable asks about Ava has been happening since then.

So whilst tumblr gets a pass for being better than Twitter or YouTube comments (which it consistently is across most Skam seasons I’ve watched), I’m not giving tumblr a complete pass because I’ve seen the anons.

Plus these anons aren’t new - I got the same kind of asks when watching Amira’s skamesp season and remember the shitshow the tag was in Sana’s Skam season especially when it came to the balloon squad after episode 5 - the islamophobia towards the squad of Muslim boys was pervasive. So yeah tumblr is the lesser evil but it still has a track record when it comes to all Skam characters of colour.

Friday the season will end .. and i dont care if i dont know all of you in real person but we laugh, cried , making plots we had a lot drama together. We where Clowning together and most af all we had a lot of COUNTDOWNS. But for me you are family friends skamdom friends my wtfock friends .. on a short time we grew so close together .. and i hope we still come to this tag after season 3 .. and season 4 etc.
