Swap theories are fun, but babies are born without moles mostly :) Moles are in most cases the result of clustered pigment cells being exposed to the sun -> turning dark, so you get more (intense) moles during your life~ Though there are exceptions.

That’s pretty interesting. I didn’t know that. Would Yuri having a mole in roughly the same place as Yukio be considered an exception?
