Every now and then I'm lucky enough to have a commission that just kinda... lets me do whatever I want. If I remember right, this client just asked me to paint the Grim Reaper, however I felt like representing him. Coolest job in the world? Maybe

Randomly a while back I thought, "hey, wouldn't it be fun if Endo had a pop-punk alternative rock band? He'd definitely be the vocalist". and then of course I designed some band-mates for him.

Marrow's name and face/hair came to me so easily but the rest of his design was so painfl to come up with, meanwhile I basically drew Skel on paper once and that was his final design lol. He has an alternative green form that I'm also partial too, so I think he'll just switch between them sometimes nightcrawler-style.

I still need to design a drummer (and maybe draw Endo in this style too just so I can see the full line-up).

@undertalfan1000 made an incredible personnalized crest for Arbos, so I decided to draw it :〕

Red Tool Slots: 3

Blue Tool Slots: 2

Pogo: Can only be used on the ground. Slam to both sides of you, sending out a high damage shockwave in each direction. Enemies hit with the slam take very high damage.

Side slash: Swing forwards, doing high amounts of knockback and dealing extra damage if the enemy hits into a wall.

Dash Slash: A even higher knockback, low damage version of your side slash.

Up Slash: Grab upwards, and if you hit a small or medium size enemy, grab them. When you use this ability again, release the enemy. While in your hand, if you attack, the enemy takes damage.

Bind/Focus: Bind your wounds with a bandage. All your lost masks are replaced with bandaged ones. Bandaged masks take +1 damage from hits, and are restored back to normal masks when resting at a bench.

Needle art: Set a trap, when an enemy moves near it they are immobilized until they take damage. The trap can be thrown by holding a direction while charging the skill, and can stay in place over hazards.

Gimmicks and other notes:

Master Of Disguise: After standing still for 3 seconds, or activating an ability that camouflages you, become hidden, blocking all non-boss damage until you attack, move, or take damage. Enemies will de-aggro after about 3 seconds of you being camouflaged. While camouflaged, gain damage on your next attack that increases over time (0.3 every second), to a max of 7x nail damage.

Temporary Respite:

If there are no aggroed enemies nearby (about 1.2 screens away), you are in a non city area, and not in a boss arena, you may spend time setting up a temporary camp. This camp functions as a bench, although it does not set your respawn point. You may have up to 3 camps at a time, when you make a 4th you choose one of your other camps to destroy.

Mighty leap: You can jump off of enemies by jumping in the air a short distance above them, which also recharges your jump. Your traps count as enemies for this ability

skel isn't really the type to make a big deal out of personal events, but he's surrounded by people who absolutely will do it in his stead. especially coil. that man loves to be annoying asf what can i say! don't get it twisted though, skel absolutely adores him. ☝️

I wonder if we'll ever get another Green Lantern series in which the action is balanced among several other alien characters like the GL Corps (2006-2011) was, and not solely on human lanterns. There are nine lanterns in this panel and none of them are human, good times
