Superman & Lois by Alexandre Pham.
Do you know what happens to a toad when it’s struck by lightning?
I finally built up the courage to start an instagram for my art. Tumblr is still going to be my primary home, but I’ll be crossposting to instagram. You can find me @themuskrater.
A lot of absolutely fantastic artists have drawn Illyana, but honestly none draw/paint her like Bill Sienkiewicz does.
It's funny because I'm slightly judgemental of the people around Bruce Banner who are so obsessed with the Hulk, becoming a Hulk-like being, possessing that kind of strength, they seem to mostly ignore the fact that Bruce's personal life is chaotic, how that power isolates him – and that's actually interesting because it demonstrates the flaws of idealization, the feeling of how despite having plenty of evidence of how bad a decision you're making, you're still invested in it, the feeling of how you'd be an exception, things would be different with you, and no, they probably would not, but you just can't be convinced otherwise... Anyway, every time I take time to reflect upon the Hulk I always find something new to enjoy in his stories, I'm still getting used to how special this character is for me, also I'd totally obsess over him in real life as well because I would risk everything to become green
I already knew I was going to like Marrina for her design –I have a soft spot for green characters– but now that I know she came from a green egg found in the bottle of the ocean and was three apples tall when she came out of it??? I'm her most loyal supporter

Today(02/13) I sat down to Michael Deforge's Holy Lacrimony. A man named Jackie is abducted by aliens for study because they have determined that he is the saddest living person on earth and the aliens want to learn how to experience sadness from him. They explore the specific nature of sadness in a series of fun surreal "performances" with an alien named Kara before the encounter suddenly ends and he is deposited back on Earth. In a sick irony he finds he felt the most fulfilled in his time with the aliens and longs after Kara and wonders why they no longer wanted him.
