my partner this morning told me i should draw tenna crashing out today bc i was crashing out this morning. so. drawing mean, unpleasant, pissed-off, grumpy tenna today :) as a treat.

These two are interesting to me, Cause they do have moment where their relationship is explored but not in the way expected?

Their dynamic is so cute! NGL, but it would’ve been amazing seeing them bonding at least thanks to how both lost their father and well how it affected them, as Leo and April where 100% Father’s boy-girl.

I did a rewatch of the 2014 TMNT movies this week and decided I wanted to learn how to draw them in the live-action style.

I’ve already posted the other boys — just some quick sketches, nothing serious, and they weren’t that hard.…

But then came Leo. A serious front-view Leo, of course.

And for some reason he’s so much harder than the others. I don’t know why, but he’s literally splitting me in two.The calm blue leader is apparently my final boss.

But I’m not giving up. I want to draw all of them seriously, and I’m using these studies to learn them by heart because I have some mini comics in mind for the future and I want to bring them to life.

I just hope I’ll be good enough to pull it off.
