Ingredients: 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl to make a marinade. Toss the cubed steak in the marinade to coat it. In the fridge, let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Put the steak that has been marinated, bell peppers, and onion on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other. Warm up your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the steak is done the way you like it and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred. To make the cilantro sauce, put the cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend them all together until the sauce is smooth. Hot steak fajita skewers should be served with cilantro sauce on the side. Have fun with your tasty cilantro sauce and steak fajita skewers!
