I think that when I was thrown into this world they just put 1 point into all stats. They still had extra unused points, they just didn't care. I want my points back. How do you use skill points after it starts? Can someone help me?

sometimes I feel like I put all my skill points toward a useless skill :/
Nexus - Skill point spoilers maybe
So, playing Nexus, and I've got 39 out of 40 skills. The last one is the Vandal one on planet Silox - Destroy all the breakable windows - And on it I have... 98%.... 1 more window, and 2 hours of looking for it, I have given up, for today at least.... I'm dreading needing to go on a 4th challenge mode for this skill because Silox is now my least favorite planet now.
Anyone who can help me?
