Picking was bad tonight. Has been worse lately. Most of my face is usually full of scars and clogged pores but now it looks like I have the chicken pox with red all over. I feel very stressed and hopeless and anxious. How does everyone cope....? Feel so alone. Constantly. Just dead inside. I hate this.

whether i wear coverup i pick

if i dont wear any makeup i pick

i pick while sitting down

i pick when im texting

i pick when im sitting on the toliet

i pick in front of mirrors mostly

i pick while watching tv

most of the day im like i can do this i can stop

then night time

it just all hits me

i dont even know why..

I'm okay with wearing no makeup now, which is funny because a week ago that thought scared the shit out of me. I still catch myself wondering what other people are thinking about my face and scars but then I realize: it doesn't matter.

Resolutions

One of my resolutions this year is to stop picking on my skin. I am a compulsive skin picker and I've been doing this for a very long time. However, since I started this resolution I've virtually stopped picking on my skin! :D It's so hard though. All I want to do is scratch off all the blemishes on my face. I will beat this though! I am very happy with my progress! ^^

I have an anxiety disorder, and I pick my skin until it bleeds. I keep my scabs in between my fingers for a long time. I've thought about saving them in a small medicine box.
