but not lazy enough to avoid tormenting the artist alley of BRISBANE SUPANOVA 2025 with my son so here are some pictures from Baby Boy's Big Weekend.
we started off strong by placing skinhe in optimal position to be spotted by unsuspecting guests. he positioned himself for maximum fear and surprise. he was in fact widely beloved by the guests who spotted him bc of course he was. hes perfect.

After a long exhausting day of overlooking The People Of Brisnova25 on the first day of three (3!) he needed sustenance. only the best for him.
in the final stretches we encountered this fucking legend everybody give it up for @shenyuans-crippiling-comphet for looking incredible as binghe and having impeccable taste. a champion of the people. you can find her on instagram also. if this cosplayer has no fans im dead

we rounded out the weekend at a DIFFERENT ramen bar because duh? ramen for con weekend. its what the soul craves. skinhe had a great weekend and finished it with great food and people who venerate him as they should. thank you to @vaimetanyx , @afternoon-softea , @crisisaegyl and luis, for an incredible end to the weekend <3

aaaaand after a long, long convention weekend we said very early morning goodbyes to sydney,
before spending the next entire week in bed doing fuck all (how do people travel to cons interstate and internationally fulltime without dying)

ANYWAY THANK YOU SYDNOVA 25 skinhe got to meet some new people and some old friends most of whom probably did not appreciate being reminded of him but were reliably polite about it likely out of fear, and we had a great time seeing all the local artists we haven't met before, but hopefully will see again!!!
WE ARE! A MONTH! LATE! BUT NEVER FEAR SKINHE IS HERE AND HE HAS BEEN TO HIS FIRST EVER CONVENTION!!!!!
He had an absolute ball meeting so many people who love him and have been waiting to meet him!! And some who definitely weren't expecting to see a plush skinhe in the wild lolol. He helped us look after @crisisaegyls table!

Again I'm a month late for posting about brisnova, but I wanted to make sure ya'll got to come on the journey with us, and share a reminder of the fun for those that were there over the weekend! Seeing everyone having so much fun with this little guy and enjoying hanging out together made this year's brisnova something really special. Plus, having svsss fans who weren't aware of our skinson plush recognise him in the wild was fucking hilarious. Also just people reacting to him in general. Some guy who looked like 60 was really taken by him LMAO. Can't wait to see you all again at the next convention!!!
