New favorite tool you guys! 😁👍🏻A Clover curved awl. I used when picking the blue thread from my smocking here after a change of mind. It's a lot more useful so far than a seam ripper for picking stitches made with thick embroidery thread. Close up of my smocking pleater. So if you haven't seen one of these before, you run your fabric through it and it perfectly pleats and threads your fabric ready for smocking! Otherwise you have to make the pleats by hand by marking your fabric and hand sewing your pleats, which is very tedious!!
