Some pics of my ceramic dragon and griffons that I’ve made recently.  Underglazes on white clay with clear glaze.

Last week's monotypes.  I forget offhand what colours I'd used.  Black, Napthol Blue, Process Magenta, some kind of yellow, and past that I'm not sure.

Today's monotypes.  Light orange, process cyan, and a violet I forget the name of, using bird stencils I made, on cream paper.

I did try to colour-correct it, but it's much more vibrant irl.  The paper's also raised a bit where the birds are, which you can see the edges of (since I used multiple parts for the stencils), but texture is one of those things that's hard to convey in a photograph.

I ended up just drawing Leknaat, and spending a lot longer on it than I thought I would.  Limited palettes are kind of fun.

(And don't worry about flooding me with requests; I got a grand total of three (3)!  Requests're still open; send them to the skootart inbox, ideally, since I try to keep that the op for my art posts, but I'd still get them on my personal.)

Felt like fiddling with limited palettes; drew some FE8 fanart while I was at it.

Knoll in purples, looking angsty as he holds the Grado Sacred Twins. L'arachel in green, with Latona. And then I got bored of the theme here and Neimi in purples and greens petting the horse she has as a Ranger.

Cats or dogs?

Cats only want you to pay attention to them when they feel like it.  (Much like someone else I can name.)

... but sometimes when you pet them, Medicine comes out.

Some of my attempts at doodling every dangan got away from me.   As such, three Ikusaba, one blank, one doing the "don't worry!  if i kill anyone, i'll make sure it's not you!" smile, one being a bit pissy.
