This is my interpretation of not-so-secret-nerd‘s Skrunts! They are from the AMAZING fanfic Stag and The Maiden!

I was trying to figure out how these creatures, who are made of vines, would move. I came up with the idea that the vines would look and act like muscles (Not sure how original this idea is.....). Leaves would grow out of certain vines in certain places to give the look of fur. I am not super far into the story myself so I am basing these designs off of what I have read so far. I apologize if this doesn’t match how they are described later in the story. This is more what I think Bracken would look like. Hissy I am still working on. I guess I wanted them to be able to go bipedal if they wanted and could also run on all fours. I tried to do more werewolfy hands at first but liked the look of a more elongated paws so they could grab things if they wanted.

I am pretty pleased with how they turned out but would love to hear what you guys think! I hope to upload more fan art of this story as I create more I like.
