For this year I did basically three variations of Snufkin from Moomin.

This is the more casual version - I wore the corset for all three because I love this corset.

Honestly, I would were this outfit all the time.

Trying to get back into gear for cosplay. So I'm doing my favorite part; The Helmet!

I've done this about four times now - it's how I got into cosplay back in 2007. Though this time I'm using a pattern for the base since that is one of the areas I still struggle with.

Befriending the local 3D printing company has benefits.

The helmet was done in four pieces, and I believe it took a whole day to print.

Nathan, of Bardo Shop, put it all together for me and did some sanding. I'm going to spray paint it once I have a free day this month.

Today I got myself to do something creative and productive, so I worked on my BIG Cosplay project.

Prototyping the boots/leg armor since that's where I always seem to have to most trouble in fabrication.

Got to the point where I can bend my knees easily, and moved on to the paper pattern based on my foam form.

It's good progress.

Will put more up later as I will be powered by Anger and Spite.
