I wish there was an actual medication for PMDD. My insides are in a whirlwind and it hits so hard I just want to peel my outsides off from the top of my head and come out of myself and scream and just idk. The main thing is idk.

i had such a hard time with the idea of gratitude. it’s something that was just hard for me to get bc why do I have to be grateful for trash shit. like i understand not taking certain things for granted but... growing up and being told be grateful that im not going through this or be grateful your life is not like xyz like okay but im still going through some pretty fucked up shit and neglect so why do I have to be grateful for it??

It led me down a really pessimistic path and led me to have a really pessimistic and irritated outlook on my life and life in general. but i think im coming around to the idea of gratitude but in my own way separate from what family or the outside world has tried to force on me you know like the toxic positivity dumb shit all that dumb shit.

Just knowing that some days im gonna be content with my situations and other days im gonna be grateful in my own way.

I just wake up and I need to write down my dream before I forget.

I was on my house, it was today so definetly not my birthday, and my family as in normal for celebrations congratulate me and related. And then I was getting ready because my father and I were going to space so we could watch a movie created base on a book I'm writing right now.
