I would offer a tip but the only thing I do when it’s that time of the month and I get headaches is take a strong painkiller and wait it out. Usually takes about 10-20mins for it to kick in and then Im grand. Small pieces of dark chocolate might help
i think i'd only do the painkiller thing if it was reallly bad but i'll try the dark chocolate!! i know chocolate in general is supposed to make it?? less painful?? but i'll keep both in mind, thanks for the tips!!!
