Sky flames are most known for being in leadership positions; a lot of this is frequently attributed to good intuitions or being able to think on their feet, but the thing that makes them most able to take roles in the forefront of whatever industry they've found themselves in is an ability to acknowledge and work for the goals of the people around them, without sacrificing their own futures, or their vision of what the world should be like.

A rare combination of idealism and realism, Sky types realize that the world they want will not be the world of today, or tomorrow, or even next year. They realize that it might not be a world they ever see. However, they don't let this get in the way of doing what they can to bring that world about, and are tireless at working towards their goals. Their ability to compromise is never quite as good as they -- or the people around them -- think it is, but they find ways to make their will work for them even when what they want seems to be completely at odds, without sacrificing any of their needs. If it comes down to it, most Sky types are willing to give freely to the people they care about; it just rarely ever comes down to it, which sometimes makes this flame type seem blessed.
