I want to find like a professor or someone I can email to bridge the disconnect between "sky vortex" anecdotes and "form constant" scholarship so we can settle once and for all that the sky vortex is a form constant and maybe they can tell me if there's more information about this specific form constant. but i don't know the proper way to go about this.

even though I've spent so long watching the sky vortex I still can't think of how I'd try to draw it, because it's such a complex communication of shapes moving very fast
