🏞SKY🏞 I fell into the sky today. I recently started watching a series called Outer Range on Prime and it takes place on a ranch where the sky is as big as the world. I recall being in Texas and seeing this much of the sky at one time for the first time. It was incredible. Today at the game, the sky was singing to me. The play was captivating, but I was often lured into a silent communion with the arrangement of clouds and shafts of sunlight over the Stadium. Two birds were wheeling, crossing each other and weaving their own wonders across the vista of sunlight and sky god. We are at a cusp, the end of a season (and with that a glorious win, thank you @worcswarriors) which always means goodbyes. But for me personally there is something extra in the air, a whisper, an updraft of air, a secret breeze asking if I want to travel somewhere beyond… There is only ever one way to travel. The upward spiral is the direction of the soul. However much you resist it you will always be going this way. Setbacks are often put in place to elevate us, to shift us into an alternate track so that we end up moving to the new pastures we have prayed for. The path is up and beyond. Have faith little one. Listen to the song of the wind, and let it acquaint you with the voice of your heart. You are being watched over, protected, you are loved. This will never change. Don’t waste time and energy resisting.
