Also, thanks for the 97 upgrades last year. Sorry about that one flight when I drank you out of vodka. I’ve noticed I haven’t gotten many first class upgrades this year yet. I imagine you need to re-coop some of that free booze 😉.

Anywhoo…it’s yet to be determined how many flights I’m going to have this year.

Note; when I reach 1 million miles I’m going to start looking for a vacation. Iceland would be nice.

I work at an animal hospital, and let me tell you, some people give their pets the most ridiculous names ever. Don't get me wrong, I love the creativity, and I certainly love watching a grown ass man walk into a lobby full of people and look at the file, with an uncomfortable expression as he calls out "Sky Miles Sparkles" while everyone stares at him. But I would like to also point out that Sky Miles Sparkles was in fact an aggressive cat who bit multiple employees. So not only did multiple employees have to explain that they got bitten by a cat named Sky Miles Sparkles, but they also had to file incident reports. So someone who handles insurance claims is going to have a hell of a lot of paperwork riddled with the name Sky Miles Sparkles and I think that is absolutely the funniest thing ever.

I can't tell you what it is But I can explain how some people can communicate just by exchanging information via solely their eyes.

For example, I knew I wanted to fuck Steph the moment my ex introduced us on that rooftop overlooking the west side of the city into Jersey.

No words were ever really said about it until a decade later when she confessed that she wanted me to be her love affair.

I thought about heading to Istanbul then to meet her, But I had unfinished business here involving family that took precedence over any of the playtime her and I would have.

And one day I got a random message on a random social media channel that I randomly check less every year, from time to time.

Dubai was the next destination. She had already been here, so it was only fair that this time I come to her.

Next time, however— Halfway is the mark, And X will be the spot.

Next time I'll write a novel about the places we went to and all the beautiful things we shared.
