Note: Answers are still undefined to provide a different ending as the game is not completed yet. However, the game seems to rely more on bloodlust levels than the actual choices. I'll keep you updated if I ever see the story changing because of choices rather than bloodlust, as well as speculate the amount of points needed for the bonus scenes.

The first questions seem to be merely introductory as they don't change anything in the storyline and give no affection, so I'll start from the moment we meet Mike.
What do I do?

How do I distract him?
A. Try to flirt. (+1)
B. Try to touch him. (+1)
C. Try to ask him questions. (+1)
I need to keep him here!
A. So, obviously, I'm kissing him! (-1 ❤️)(+2)

He has a chainsaw!
A. "Uh... Just out for a walk?" (+1)
B. "Get out of my way, or you'll regret it!" (+1)

Bonus scene:
If you choose C, they'll give you a 10 heart discount making each choice only 15 hearts. I'm temporarily broke, though.
If you choose B:
A. Ghost! (+2)
B. Jay! (+2)
C. Leather! (+2)
If you choose to distract them, you'll need 4 hearts to get exclusive art and a scene with one of them. But if you choose any of the slasher, you'll still be 1 point away from the bonus scene.
I have a great suspicion that this bonus scene is not even real because I replayed many times and paid for all choices but never got enough bloodlust. Also, tf do they mean I can get 8 points with each character in this episode?? Leather, for example, you only have 3 choices with him. I believe it's just a strategy to get people to go back and pay for the choices.
