🦁During 2017 I began to work on monochrome surf art. One piece I created in this style is the lion head surfgirl long-boarder. I've used some of my preparation studies to create a lion head using the slate. I love the ability the slate has to create a video of what I draw! The lion is a ferocious hunter that lives within a pride of other lions. The African lion is the most social of the large cats. Male lions mainly defend the prides territory while the female lions do most of the hunting. This is a drawing of a male lion who can be recognised by his distinctive mane. Partners Talk | Slate + Flora

Flora had ended the training for the day and decided to go the district 2 suite. She laughed on the way up, thinking about how she and Pace were almost caught in that little room in the lobby. What if she hadn't closed the door... That would end up in a not so funny note. A cling told her she had got to her destiny.

Getting out of the elevator, she saw Slate sitting on the couch with a drink in hand. They hadn't properly talked for a couple of days and they had to sort out some things. Besides, Flora still felt bad about saying those thing to Canes. Yes, Slate and Flora needed to have a serious chit chat.

"Hey," she said, with a smile. "What are you up too?" Flora felt on the couch, turning to him.

| Flora + Slate

Flora was sitting down on the couch, rolling a lock of hair on her finger and staring at the big screen, watching repeats of previous games. It was important for her to see the strategies that were usual in the different districts. This wan't a very entertaining program, but it was something that had to be done. With a notebook over her knees, she tried to focus on the task that she had in hand, when heavy footsteps called her attention.

She turned her head back and saw Slate entering the big living room. "Welcome, sir," she said jokingly. "Do you want to join me? Is Hunger Games night!" Excitedly  she showed three boxes that contained most of the previous games.
