Hi! So I just read Kitten for the 59 thousandth time and have had my heart broken again. I love it so much and it's definitely definitely my favourite ever Kojuro fic. Are you still planning on the second chapter? I always forget about the angsty open end and my heart can't take it any more! I really hope this hasn't come across as rude! Hello my darling!First, an apology that it has taken me so long to answer (and also to some of you, I’ve been flaky in inbox) I’m really sorry. Real life sucks now and most days I just want to vegetate post-work… I have no excuse.

As for Kitten, yes yes I have something in mind. I’m not sure how soon I can get it out because right now as slow as I am I have been writing the continuation of my Long Long Long Overdue Ieyasu fic (Personal Injuries) and Nobuyuki’s, um, NSFW foodplay oneshot (hahahaha).

*screams into the void* I just realised that most of my multichaptered fics have all come to the smut parts hahahahhahaah shietttt. I gotta think of a Creative way not to get them repetitive. Can you imagine all this smutty mechanics tangled up in my head?

Who’s gonna want the clothes on? Do it in open air? Do it while the other is in conversation with an unsuspecting character? No dialogue? Sensorial deprivation? While injured? Everything but the rouge? Sometimes I forget which chara gets done which way (pun most sincerely intended).

For the commentary ask (it was REALLY HARD to pick just one, I love everything you write!): His eyes flicked open and she could see something shifted in that clear, crystalline blue. Something admonishing. “Ah,” she let out a tiny gasp when his teeth grazed the cut. None too gently. He pulled her finger out of his mouth just a fraction too slowly that she could feel the texture of his lips on her fingertip even as the air was cooling the wetness he left behind. “You were distracted.”

Heheheheheheheh, oh thisss takes me back. 

Okay, first a disclaimer. Based on his first ES (spoiler here) and some snippets of cutscenes in both Tenka and SLBP, my headcanon of him is DARK, yo. Like, he is a yandere and the most dangerous kind of yandere because he is subtle.

(I mean, lookiet at his yandere twitch)

 and in my headcanon, he is aware of his darkside and embraces it as something necessary to navigate the sengoku world and ensure the continuity of Sanada bloodline. I too, embrace and celebrate this, with a caveat that this character does not, I repeat, does not translate to real world, okay?

In my (dark, DARK) headcanon of him, he has these sadistic tendencies toward his MC. In one hand he likes wooing them and then he likes to break them (in the best way possible) , as in dominating her and making her absolutely smitten with him. He enjoys the game of seduction (and he appears so effortless there) but here and there he shows a glimpse of his dark side, to see if the object of his affection (MC) is into it. Hence this scene.

A Precursor of Trust was written immediately after his ES because I can’t get the epilogue out of my head. Nobuyuki’s method was problematic but the epi makes up for it IMHO. I wanted a scene where MC, smitten but a bit disoriented after being whisked away to Ueda so sudden, catches a glimpse of his darker, more intense side, which he deliberately showed her.

It’s been hinted in Tenka that Nobuyuki enjoys seeing MC’s “troubled face”, so he enjoys seeing MC helplessly falls for him (and he enjoys this even more because MC in his ES was quite wilful). So him licking her cut better was coupled with a tiny gesture of ‘punishment’ ie nipping the cut, an admonishment for being distracted when cutting the veggie. It’s a tiiiiiiiiiny incident that could very well end in a much much kinkier play waaay down the road inside his secret room, bahahahah.

In short, he is educating MC / easing MC and moulding her to his taste ;)
